Meet Randy
My approach to floral design is guided by nature. I work primarily with seasonal materials at all stages of their life cycle to create rich, sensory experiences. Through this work, I invite others to see the diverse flora around them in new ways—inviting them to pause, be present, and observe.
As a colorblind* florist, I choose flowers intuitively, focusing on texture, shape, and the emotive quality of each material.
I hold a PhD in Quantitative Psychology and spent over a decade in higher education, helping leaders make smarter decisions. My background spans across strategy, continuous improvement, and team dynamics—designing better systems, processes, and ways of working. I now bring that same clarity and structure to florists and creatives who want less chaos and more intention in how they work.
Whether designing with flowers or consulting on production systems, I focus on creating structure without rigidity. I help design workflows, production systems, and team communication strategies that cut down on chaos, protect creative energy, and make room for sustainable growth.
