By placing an order or booking a consultation with Sensitive Flora, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, protect our mutual interests, and support a smooth and intentional experience.
Floral Design: We offer artful, seasonal floral arrangements for intimate gatherings, creative collaborations, and one-of-a-kind deliveries. All floral orders require at least 48 hours’ notice to allow for thoughtful sourcing and design.
Consulting: Consulting services include production planning, workflow assessments, and creative business support tailored to florists and event professionals. Each project is customized, and outcomes depend on mutual collaboration.
All floral orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Consulting engagements may require a deposit to secure services, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as outlined in a service agreement.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from ZIP code 90804:
- $35 — within 10 miles
- $45 — within 30 miles
For locations beyond 30 miles, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Pick-up is available upon request.
Floral orders are non-refundable once materials have been sourced.
For consulting services, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate within reason and availability.
Please ensure accurate recipient details. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, arrangements will be left in a safe spot or with a building attendant, when possible. Sensitive Flora is not responsible for theft or damage once delivery is completed.
All arrangements are made using fresh, seasonal materials sourced with care. Substitutions may be made based on availability, but always with the integrity of the design in mind. Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind—slight variations in color, size, or composition are to be expected and embraced.
By working with Sensitive Flora, you trust our artistic judgment. While we welcome input, all designs are subject to seasonal availability and our intuitive approach. No two arrangements are identical—and that's the beauty of it.
All floral designs, photographs, educational materials, and consulting tools are the property of Sensitive Flora and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.
We are not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service provided. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, indirect damages, or outcomes from third-party delays or misunderstandings.
Sensitive Flora is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to: extreme weather, accidents, road closures, natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we’ll do our best to communicate updates and propose reasonable alternatives.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
