Our Process for Events and Collaborations



Sensitive Flora specializes in intimate, small gatherings.
We do not take on large-scale floral installations (no hanging installs, flower walls, or oversized set pieces). Our work is best suited for refined tablescapes, custom arrangements, or small-scale installations like statement bar pieces or entry moments—projects that value refined detail over scale. 

This process is ideal for gatherings with an intimate feel, often under 50 guests. While full-service, event florals generally begin at $3,000, we’re always open to discussing what’s possible to best align with your needs and budget.

INITIAL INQUIRY —Every project begins with a few thoughtful questions. 

Share a bit about your project—event, brand, or creative direction—so we can understand your vision.



CREATIVE ALIGNMENT —Once we review your form, we’ll follow up via email with tailored questions or notes.

This helps us clarify details, align on direction, and confirm we’re a good fit.



PROPOSAL & ESTIMATE —You’ll receive a tailored proposal with:
  • Mood, palette, and visual direction
  • Floral elements and design concepts
  • Estimated pricing and production details



BOOKING & PLANNING —Once we’re aligned, we secure the date with a signed agreement and deposit.

You’ll get a planning timeline so you know what to expect from here. We recommend reaching out at least 4-6 weeks in advance to allow time for sourcing and design prep.



SHAPING THE VISION —We refine floral selections, confirm logistics, and prepare for execution.

For collaborations, we’ll coordinate with your team to stay on brand and on time.



FROM VISION TO REALITY —We bring your concept to life—whether it's a tablescape, custom arrangement, creative styling, or statement floral piece like a bar or entry design.

On-site setup and breakdown are handled with care and intention.
